Terms and Conditions

1. When the booking confirmation is sent, the booking is considered accepted unless there is a written notice immediately concerning errors in the booking.

2. We will only accept cancellations via email. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

3. In case of flight cancellation, the guest’s stay reimbursement is under the responsibility of the airline that canceled the flight.

4. Due to the extreme weather conditions in Svalbard, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Cancellation policy

 0 – 5 guests cancellation 0-7 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge.

The invoice is sent 8 days before arrival and it must be paid within the due date.

5 – 10 guests cancellation 0-30  days (one month) prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge.

The invoice is sent 30 days before arrival and it must be paid within the due date.

10 – 15 guests cancellation 0-90  days (three months) prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge.

The invoice is sent 90 days before arrival and it must be paid within the due date.

15 + guests cancellation 90 – 180 days (three to six months) prior to arrival will incur a 40% charge

Cancellation 0 – 90 days (three months) prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge

A 40 % invoice is sent at the moment of booking and it must be paid within the due date. The deposit amount is only refundable if the booking is canceled more than 180 days (6 months) in advance.

The remaining amount of 60% is invoiced 90 days (three months) before arrival and it must be paid within the due date.

 

If you have any questions regarding the cancelation policy, please ask us at the moment of booking. Later remarks will not be accepted.

All bookings made on our web page are paid at the moment of booking and are as well subject to our cancellation policy.
