Terms and Conditions

1. A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the reservation confirmation unless any errors are reported immediately in writing.
2. In the event of a flight cancellation, reimbursement for the guest’s stay is the responsibility of the airline. Due to the extreme weather conditions in Svalbard, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
3. If you are unable to arrive on your scheduled arrival date, please notify us as soon as possible so we can hold your reservation. Failure to notify us or check in on the scheduled arrival date will result in the reservation being canceled and recorded as a no-show.
4. Official check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee of 315 NOK
5. Any additional charges, including but not limited to indoor smoking, excessive cleaning, or property damage, will be charged to the guest’s account.
6. Guests are kindly advised that the Hotel is not responsible for personal belongings that may be lost or misplaced during their stay.

Cancellation Policy

(Does not apply to non-refundable bookings.)

0–4 guests: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge.
5–9 guests: Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge.
10–15 guests: Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge.
16+ guests:Cancellations made 91–180 days before arrival will incur a 40% charge.
Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge.

The cancellation policy is determined based on the start date of the earliest product included in the booking.

Any questions or requests for clarification regarding the cancellation policy must be made prior to booking confirmation.
