Terms and Conditions

1.      When the booking confirmation is sent, the booking is considered accepted unless there is a written notice immediately concerning errors in the booking.

2.      In case of flight cancellation, the guest’s stay reimbursement is under the responsibility of the airline that canceled the flight.

3.      Due to the extreme weather conditions in Svalbard, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

4.      Official check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee of 315 NOK

5.      Any additional charges, including but not limited to those for indoor smoking or property damage, will be billed to the guest’s account.

Cancellation Policy

0 – 4 guests cancellation 0-7 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge.

5 – 9 guests cancellation 0-30 days (one month) prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge.

10 – 15 guests cancellation 0-90 days (three months) prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge.

16 + guests cancellation 90 – 180 days (three to six months) prior to arrival will incur a 40% charge
Cancellation 0 – 90 days (three months) prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge

If you have any questions regarding the cancelation policy, please request clarification at the moment of booking. Later remarks will not be accepted.
